·        Question and Answers

·        Will JCCA KEEP the 5-Division format, or change?  VOTE by the Tennis Committee

·        IF the outcome of the VOTE is to KEEP the 5-Division format, the following is germane, otherwise it is not:

·        Will Beach Club field another higher bracket team?  Possibly.  Our proposed alignment for 2004-2005 ANTICIPATES Beach Club moving to Red

·  What teams will move?

RED: IF ANY RED TEAM MOVES DOWN it will be West End

WHITE: Two White teams are candidates to move UP – BC#1 & GA#3.  If both, WE#1 MUST move to White

Also, two White teams are candidates to move Down – DW#1 & TT#2.  Competition Committee will decide.

GOLD: Two Gold teams are candidates to move UP – GA#4 & RS#1.  Competition Committee will decide

Also, two Gold teams are candidates to move Down – BM#2 & PMCC#2.  Competition Committee will decide.

BLUE: Two Blue teams are candidates to move UP – ORM#2 & WL#1.  Competition Committee will decide

Also, two Blue teams are candidates to move Down – BC#2 & GA#5.  Competition Committee will decide.

GREEN: Two Green teams are candidates to move UP – GA#6 & WL#2.  Competition Committee will decide

Other Factors:

Aurora Country Club could possibly field two teams - a Blue and a Green.

Metairie Country Club could field a Green or a Blue.

8:15 PM  Tennis Committee Vote on consideration of Aurora AND Metairie Country Club, for joining JCCA (ratification by JCCA Board of Directors also required).
